Our company are voluntarily making consolation visit annually as a part of social welfare. Our staffs visit and enjoy Mochi-tsuki (beat the rice to make very tasty rice-cake mostly shown in Japanese New Year or other celebration) with people in “Shirayuri Gaguen”, disabled persons’ facility in Tachikawa. This consultation is continuing from Dec, 1962 without a break. We have received a testimonial by Tachikawa Social Welfare Conference Dec, 2000.
Former Minister of Health and Welfare visited our company on 9th Dec, 2007. This visit got into realization for the purpose of exchanging frank ideas with our President and factory staffs regarding our education system and personnel training.
The purpose of this technical development is to clarify the mechanism of tin whisker occurrence system when lead-free implemented on electronic devices for such as electronic semiconductor component maker or setting maker and to establish the countermeasure for protection which based on this analysis, and we are participating as a (plating process maker) secretary of this technical development project team by planning global standardization of electronic parts and devices through establishing the evaluation standard of reliability and techniques on Whisker problem.
