NISHIHARA CORPORATION ISO 9001 (quality control) and ISO 14001 (environment management) are acquired, and work which can contribute to society is done. ISO is the international standard defined by International Standardization Organization. I am doing work promoted [ which promotes and supports employment of the whole company (a head office Murayama factory, the Sayama factory, the Saga factory, and NR-C) of ISO ]. Moreover, deployment of a request etc. is advanced to audit and the internal audit of audit and the visitor of a registration agency.

To the improvement, it is positive and has become the organization which an individual can propose. Every employee worked toward the target and he aims at the production of a better company. Moreover, on business, although there are many opportunities to see the whole company, there are the features for every factory, such as union power, and it is an animate place of work.

It belongs to Technical Development Center and development and analysis about plating or a leather film are conducted. While doing research on the phenomenon elucidation and measure against Sn whisker of JEITA which is a national project now, development and analysis for replying to a customer's needs as development of high efficiency & high-value-added plating or process support are conducted.

I think that the direction with an opportunity to study in detail about plating is a mere part at the time of a student. About plating, I do not almost have knowledge, either and joined a company. however, NISHIHARA RIKOH CORPORATION -- one's post and executive -- communication could be taken freely and the environment where many things can be studied is ready. Moreover, there are also various educational systems and I think that it can grow up reasonable.

A prototype is built according to the request from a customer, and research which leads to the next development is done.
