We offer consultation services on plating from the part design stage to avoid problems before final production, enabling optimal specifications.
02From Trial Production and Development to Mass Production
We carry out trial production to realize the required properties of the plating. We carry out evaluation including analysis of property data by verifying processes and offer ideas for logical workflow based on mass production. When necessary, we will make production equipment for trial production. Everything from design to launch is possible in-house which allows us to provide you with consistent proposals all the way to the mass production stage.
03Management of Mass Production
A wide range of knowledge and skills is necessary to manage a mass production as a system. At the same time as building highly advanced and reliable systems, we have developed a system that involves training personnel who are capable of management tasks and continuous improvements.

Our quality is supported by daily analysis of plating solution, and treated water in drainage treatment facility and management of environmentally hazardous substances. We tackle technical problems not only in the plating process, but also in all processes including product design, development, and assembly and surface mounting using superior knowledge and equipment.
